What I Have Learned This Week

What I have learned this week from Chapter 2 is the importance of designing information with an audience in mind. I have learned the importance of doing an analysis of the audience, communication purpose and the context. I have learned about the tools to use to perform the analysis . I have also learned about typical audiences and purposes for technical communication.
